Scott Sipos
Scott Sipos, a two term Committeeman who served as Mayor in 2024, is an experienced local official and dedicated public school teacher. As a Committeeman, he has enhanced the township’s emergency management capabilities, invested in public safety, and secured significant grant funding from county, state and federal partners. Scott is also an educator, where he has served as the leader of the education association leading several contract negotiations. Passionate in recognizing the service of our veterans through several educational programs, Scott was honored as the VFW NJ Teacher of the Year.
Catherine Payne
Catherine Payne, currently serving as Deputy Mayor, is a committed public servant and IT/Operations professional. In her career, she has helped both the public and private sectors find ways to be more efficient and modernize their systems. Outside of local government and her professional career, she serves as the Board President of GiGi’s Playhouse of Hillsborough, a nonprofit that provides free services to anyone with special needs with a focus on those ages newborn through adult with Down Syndrome.
